Major contributor to eczema is scratching so try to avoid scratching as much as possible. If you scratch the skin too much then it will break and bacteria will enter the skin causing infection. Another major contributor to eczema is the dry skin so avoid making your skin dry. Hot baths cause your skin to dry.
